…As State accuses Activist of Subversion
Zimbabwe’s Social Media is still reacting with a furore of anger following the arrest of Farirai Gumbonzvanda,a Human rights activist from Rozaria Memorial Trust, who was arrested on her return from attending a workshop in Maldives-Nhandemutande has exclusively observed.
She together with 5 others are facing charges of subverting a constitutionally elected government as defined in Section 22 (2) part 3 of the Criminal Law Codification and reform Act.
